Junior High Summer Camp

We are super excited to be returning to Aldersgate this summer! At Aldersgate you will find a lot of exciting activities such as: Gaga ball, paintball, a water slide, snack shack, a river float on inner tubes, fun and messy games, as well as late night fires.

This will be an awesome week full of fun activities as well as time to grow closer to God through times or worship, devotionals, growth groups and talks. You won't want to miss out!

*$250 until June 3rd then $275 until July 22nd and then it’s $300 until camp.
 

Departure / Return:

Departure: Sunday, August 4th depart from church after the 11:15 service at 1:30pm (Check in is at 1:00, Please eat lunch before coming)

Return: Thursday, August 8th at the church approximately 1:00pm

Transportation: A bus will be taking students from and back to Southlake

What to bring:

  • Bible Notepad/Pen
  • Sleeping bag & Pillow, Bug repellent, Flashlight, Toiletries
  • Towel & Swimsuit (girls 1-piece only or t-shirt over bikini)
  • Sunscreen & Sunglasses, Camera, Garbage bag for wet/dirty clothes
  • Snacks Money for snack shack, Clothes to get messy in (multiple pairs)
  • A jacket or sweatshirt for late night bonfires

What Not to bring:

  • Nicotine (or smoking related products)
  • Drugs
  • Alcohol
  • Explosives
  • Weapons of any kind (knives, slingshots, BB/CO2/Paint/Pellet or any other type of gun)
  • TV’s or DVD players
  • Ipods can be brought, just no headphones, can be used with speaker systems
  • Cell Phones – you will not be allowed to use them at any time so please leave them at home. (If you need to call home at any time you can use Jeff or Natalie’s phone)
  • PDA – If you are traveling on this trip with a boyfriend or girlfriend, or you think you'll find that special someone on this trip (bells are ringing), please refrain from “Public (or private) Displays of Affection”
