About Camp
Dates: July 8th - 11thStudents entering 3rd – 5th grade Fall 2013
Camp Crestview is a ministry of the North Pacific District of Foursquare Churches. This beautiful camp facility is located east of Portland in Corbet, Oregon and overlooks the scenic Columbia River Gorge.
On July 8th - 11th, our kids will gather at Camp Crestview for an incredible time with each other and God! Led by a gifted team of Camp Directors, our time at camp will be age-appropriate, life-changing, and quite simply…. Amazing! We hope you can join us for what is sure to be the best week of summer!

Registration and Cost
Cost: $200Space is limited! To register, please email Crestview@southlakechurch.com and pick up a Registration Form at the Summer Camp Table located at the top of the Grade School stairs.

Safety
Safety is a priority at Crestview. All camp staff members are fully screened and are required to submit a volunteer application and Pastoral References – including a nation wide criminal background check. A certified nurse is on staff at all times. For security of our campers, all camps are closed to visitors (including family members, relatives, and friends). All requests to visit the campus must be made in advance by contacting Camp Crestview.What to Bring
• Bible and pen• Notepad or journal
• Sleeping bag and pillow
• Modest and appropriate swimsuit
• Sandals (for swim time) and sturdy shoes (for everything else)
• Personal toiletries
• Flashlight
• Sunscreen
• Bug Spray
• Towels (one for showering and one for swimming)
• $5 - $20 (optional). There is a snack shop available for kids to purchase goodies from.
• *Medications must be turned in (both prescription/non-prescription) to the camp nurse upon check-in. Please clearly label medication and include specific instructions.
Volunteer
We need your help! We must provide…1 Adult (age 18 or older) for every 7 campers.
If you would like to attend Crestview as a volunteer, please notify our camp coordinator for more information at Crestview@southlakechurch.com. All cabin leaders MUST arrive a day early to participate in a day of training, prayer, and preparation on July 8th.
Transportation
Campers are to be dropped off and picked up at Corbett Elementary School Parking Lot 35800 Columbia River Hwy, Corbett, OR 97019Drop Off on DAY ONE (July 8th) @ Corbett Elementary School
Pick Up on LAST DAY (July 11th) @ Corbett Elementary School

We suggest parents arrive 15 minutes prior to drop off and pick up times. Corbett Elementary School is about a 45 minute drive from West Linn.
Children will take a bus from Corbett to Camp Crestview (approximately 5-10 minutes). Parents have the option to take the bus with their kids to see Camp Crestview.
Camp Mail
ATTENTION PARENTS! Campers love mail! Either a package or 3 emails/letters/postcards in one day and they will get to participate in a Camp Crestview tradition called “KISS THE MOOSE!” This is a highlight of camp and mailing your package or letters a day or two before camp is a great idea to ensure it arrives in time.
